Outline Of Thriller
Aimee is in the bath and attempted to kill herself but does not succeed. She is faced with a series of flashbacks, which show the audience how she has been haunted for the past few years. The audience discovers how Aimee is lead to insanity and evenutally kills herself in the bath.
Thriller Conventions
- A narrative pattern of establishing enigmas which the viewer expects to be resolved.
- A protagonist who is systematically dis-empowered and drawn into a complex web of intigue by the antagonist.
- Themes of mirroring.
- themes of voyeurism.
- Protagonist with a ‘flaw’ which is exploited by the antagonist.

If you are in a group or have a partner, and that person did not do an activity, make sure you do it yourself so you do not loose marks (Part of my moderation is awarding marks to students that only do the work).
